How ordering the limited edition works, from reserving a piece to delivery.

Who you are buying from

The edition and the price

• Ducioo × ool is a limited edition of 109 pieces. When they are sold, the edition is closed.
• Each watch is $1,577 (US dollars), whichever strap you choose. The price at checkout is the price you pay; it is set by us, not by anything in your browser.
• You can order up to 5 watches in one order.

Reserving a piece

Placing an order reserves its pieces while you pay: 24 hours for crypto, 48 hours for bank transfer. If payment has not arrived by then, the pieces are released to other buyers, and the order no longer holds them. Your order is confirmed when payment has been received in full.

In the rare case that a payment arrives after every piece has been sold to someone else, we will refund it in full rather than ship.

Paying by crypto

• Crypto is paid on NOWPayments’ payment page. The amount shown is fixed for a short window after you choose your coin; send it within that window.
• Send at least the exact amount shown, in the coin and on the network you chose. Network and exchange withdrawal fees are yours to cover: the amount received must be the amount shown.
• If less than the full amount arrives: [SHORTFALL POLICY — e.g. pay the difference, or a refund less network fees].
• Crypto sent to the wrong network or as the wrong coin may not be recoverable.

Paying by bank transfer

After you place the order, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will send the bank details there and confirm when your transfer arrives. We will never ask you to pay to details sent any other way.

Delivery

Watches ship from China and other production locations. You will see the carrier and tracking number in your account when your order ships.

Cancellations and returns

Until you pay, you can simply let an order lapse. After payment, contact us with your order number.
